It is always a pleasure to visit clients at their factory or their office. These occasions are particularly exciting when the client has been successful in their venture. This was the situation recently when we were invited to attend a media presentation about C-M Concrete’s successful range of storm water and drainage products.

This occasion was particularly special as Phil Thomas, the director of C-M Concrete was giving the presentation to the Federal Minister for the Environment and Energy, the Hon Josh Frydenberg MP and the local member of Parliament for Forde, Mr Bert van Manen MP.

Phil and C-M Concrete were praised for their work and initiative in tackling the problems of pollution, erosion and storm water run-off. Their innovations and inventions provide a practical approach to these problems. Their products resulting from the innovations and inventions, have been used by local government and councils. Their products have been protected to secure a market advantage and an ongoing financial return for their efforts. Read their success story…

In their industry, there is little genuine innovation, therefore timely protection is crucial. C-M Concrete’s intellectual property has been protected by Wynnes Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.

“Patent protection is now more necessary than ever before.”

Being a third generation family business, patents and protection of their intellectual property have been a primary reason for their continued success and keeping them ahead of their competition by finding innovative solutions to problems.
