As mentioned, Belinda is also an inventor and entrepreneur in the IT fashion world. Belinda has successfully obtained two granted innovation patents and several registered trade marks in Australia. Her protected innovative idea will help improve the technological aspect in the fashion world by providing a module enabling consumers to preview an article of clothing on them, sharing it with others, and then making the decision around purchasing.
In 2014, Belinda contacted Wynnes regarding her innovative idea for her business AppyPeople Pty Ltd. Belinda and Ewen worked together when discussing the best course of action in getting protection.
The advice that Ewen provided to Belinda wasn’t only about getting protection, but he also gave a different perspective regarding commercialisation.
