Extension on Ukrainian IP Deadlines Ending 13 August 2025

We recently spoke with our Ukrainian associates, who confirmed that all intellectual property deadlines delayed due to the conflict in Ukraine will fall due on 13 August 2025. This applies to any deadlines originally due between 24 February 2022 and 13 August 2025.

This presents a final opportunity to file or restore rights in Ukraine for patents, trade marks, designs, and other relevant IP matters affected by the interruption.
