Our Team

Wynnes is a Patent and Trade Mark Attorney firm, registered to practice in Australia and New Zealand. We can also protect patents, designs and trade marks in other countries and regions through our global network of Associates.

Part of our culture is to foster relationships with clients so that they feel comfortable in contacting the attorney to discuss a matter without fear of being billed for every second.  We feel communication and education of the IP process are vital to achieving the goals of the client.  In this way we realise it is a team effort to successfully commercialise the client’s IP.

The Attorneys at Wynnes have legal qualifications as well as technical qualifications. These technical qualifications cover chemistry, biotechnology, mechanical and electrical engineering as well as software and electronics.
