What you need to bring?
- Be a registered Australian Patent or Trademark attorney
- 4+yrs experience
- Client focused approach to your work
- Sound technical knowledge with excellent communication skills

We are looking for someone who is good with clients, can develop relationships and wants to develop their own practice. The position is a senior position and pay will be commensurate with experience.
Trade Mark Attorneys must have experience in drafting and filing trade mark applications in Australia and Madrid, prosecution of trade mark applications in Australia and overseas, Australian trade mark oppositions and removal actions, preparing infringement advice.
Patent Attorneys must have experience in drafting and filing patent applications, prosecution of patent applications in Australia and overseas, Australian patent oppositions and preparing infringement advice.
We have established systems and processes that will help you find your feet and take control of your responsibilities. With the support of a friendly and professional team, the person in this role will be able to make this their own.
